OZONE GENERATION SYSTEM FOR REDUCED VOLUMETRIES
Ozone generator equipped with:

CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

OPERATION
The Orbit ozone generator through properly managed electrical discharges transforms oxygen in the air into ozone, saturates the environment in a few minutes and inhibits microorganisms.
Once the ozonator is turned off by the timer, the ozone in few minutes is transformed back naturally into pure oxygen without leaving any residue.
The OZ1 Ozonator is calibrated with the right degree of ozone saturation for a minimum time suitable for proper sanitation.
A saturation that is too high even if carried out in a shorter time does not ensure proper sanitation, on the contrary it damages plastics, rubbers, oxidizes the contacts and also generates NOx harmful to humans.
To sanitize an environment, depending on the microorganism to be treated, a certain degree of ozone saturation is required for a minimum time.
For example, viruses are the most difficult microorganisms to treat and require a few minutes of oxidation after reaching the saturation of the environment, whether using a 1,000 mg / h generator or a 10,000 mg/h one.
