Ozone generator OZ20 - ORBIT Technologies for Sanitation

The OZ20 ozone generator can be operated or turned on/off via the touch screen or remotely with the remote control.

From the touch screen it will be possible to select three different programs depending on the volume of the environment to be sanitized. In the event of a malfunction, an error symbol will appear on the display.

There are also three LEDs that indicate the operating phase:

• Red LED: ozone emission phase into the environment, access is prohibited during this time.

• Yellow LED: ozone into oxygen conversion phase.

• Green LED: sanitation cycle completed and healthy environment.

In the first, they transform oxygen in the air into ozone through electrical discharges. In a few minutes the ozone saturates the environment and inhibits microorganisms. 

Once the maintenance phase is over, the ozone is transformed back into pure oxygen without leaving any harmful residues.

This phase is made even more effective and safe thanks to a filter placed on the suction side and aimed at preventing the passage of dust towards the generator itself.

In the second phase, disinfection, ORBIT ozone generators , thanks to their state-of-the-art sensors, maintain the ideal amount of ozone in the environment, up to the total elimination of molds, fungi, viruses and bacteria.

ORBIT generators end the sanitization cycle with the transformation of residual ozone into oxygen through the conversion process, all this to ensure total healthiness of the air and protect people's health.
